My career has a clear arc — and it's been useful every step of the way. I started as a Business Analyst at Genentech, delivering GxP-validated systems under 21 CFR Part 11 for three years, then led the BA team at EMI Music building a global digital asset management platform across 43 countries. I returned to Genentech and Roche for eleven more years — growing from TPM into Delivery Head, directing $100M+ programs and serving as TPM on AI/ML research data collaboration initiatives long before that was a job title.

In 2025, I built a production GxP-aligned AWS serverless platform from scratch and integrated Amazon Bedrock with 21 CFR Part 11 audit architecture — because I believe in understanding what I govern. I'm available now for senior contract engagements across three lanes: Senior BA / Implementation Consultant (life sciences, Veeva ecosystem, GxP validated systems), Technical Program Manager (regulated cloud migration, AWS/GCP/Azure infrastructure transformation), and AI Program Delivery (enterprise AI governance in regulated environments).

How I work (across all three lanes): Whether I'm gathering requirements for a validated system implementation, owning a cloud migration workstream, or governing an AI program in a regulated environment — I optimize for doing it right the first time. Clear ownership, explicit controls, and evidence you can defend. I'm hands-on enough to build working proof (like the VDC demo and AI safety layer below), and I partner with solution architects and Quality/Validation SMEs to ensure decisions hold up under audit.
