Three parallel efforts during 6.5 years as Delivery Head at Roche/Genentech:

▸ NA & APAC Infrastructure Delivery Portfolio — continuous, year-over-year delivery of ~25 infrastructure projects annually across DC, network, contact center, middleware, modernization, IAM, and shared platforms on a $20–25M annual budget. Run by 10 FTE TPMs + 4 contract TPMs, supported by 50+ PMs, project coordinators, business analysts, and OCM specialists.

▸ Data Center Program — directed a multi-year DC transformation delivered by 9 contract TPMs, including negotiating a colo SOW with enforceable penalty clauses that secured first-tenant status at a newly-built facility.

▸ Resplan — Product Manager for an internal capacity-planning tool that effectively eliminated resource overallocation across the delivery portfolio.

Also led the OCM for a 100,000-user global migration to Google Cloud. In 2025 I completed a deliberate cloud and AI certification sprint, built two production AWS serverless systems, and deployed an AI Conversational Safety Layer on Amazon Bedrock and Claude with deterministic guardrails, RBAC enforcement, and structured audit logging. Both systems are live at this site.

My discipline: Safety controls and operational rigor are not compliance overhead — they are engineering requirements. That philosophy, developed across GxP-regulated systems where a missed control has patient consequences, applies equally to AI infrastructure where a degraded safety pipeline can be invisible and catastrophic. Two production examples: AI Safety & Guardrails for Enterprise Systems — deterministic guardrails on Amazon Bedrock, 640/640 OQ tests passed — and untangledthinking.org, a privacy-first recovery support tool on AWS serverless where user vulnerability made zero data retention a first-principle design decision. The result: zero unplanned downtime, zero compliance findings, delivery at scale.
