Engagement Manager and Senior Technical Program Manager with 20+ years of enterprise delivery at scale — including 14 years at Roche/Genentech as consultant then converted FTE Delivery Head, directing infrastructure transformation, cloud migrations, and portfolio governance across North America and APAC.
